GEN 28:4 kai na soi dwsh thn eulogian tou Abraam, eiV se kai eiV to sperma sou meta se, dia na klhronomhshV thn ghn thV paroikhsewV sou, thn opoian edwken o QeoV eiV ton Abraam.
GEN 28:5 Kai exapesteilen o Isaak ton Iakwb× kai uphgen eiV Padan-aram proV Laban, ton uion tou Baqouhl tou Surou, ton adelfon RebekkaV thV mhtroV tou Iakwb kai tou Hsau.
GEN 28:6 [] Idwn de o Hsau oti euloghsen o Isaak ton Iakwb kai exapesteilen auton eiV Padan-aram, dia na labh eiV eauton gunaika ekeiqen, kai oti, enw eulogei auton, parhggeilen eiV auton, legwn, den qeleiV labei gunaika ek twn qugaterwn Canaan×
GEN 28:7 kai oti uphkousen o Iakwb eiV ton patera autou kai thn mhtera autou× kai uphgen eiV Padan-aram×
GEN 28:8 kai idwn o Hsau oti ai qugatereV Canaan einai mishtai eiV touV ofqalmouV tou patroV autou Isaak,
GEN 28:9 uphgen o Hsau proV ton Ismahl, kai ektoV twn allwn gunaikwn autou elaben eiV eauton gunaika thn Maeleq, qugatera Ismahl tou uiou tou Abraam, thn adelfhn tou Nabaiwq.

GEN 28:11 Kai efqasen eiV tina topon kai dienuktereusen ekei, dioti eice dusei o hlioV× kai elaben ek twn liqwn tou topou kai eqese proskefalaion autou, kai ekoimhqh en tw topw ekeinw.
GEN 28:12 Kai eiden enupnion, kai idou, klimax esthrigmenh eiV thn ghn, thV opoiaV h korufh efqanen eiV ton ouranon× kai idou, oi aggeloi tou Qeou anebainon kai katebainon ep' authV.
GEN 28:13 Kai idou, o KurioV istato epanwqen authV kai eipen, Egw eimai KurioV o QeoV tou Abraam tou patroV sou, kai o QeoV tou Isaak× thn ghn, epi thV opoiaV koimasai, eiV se qelw dwsei authn kai eiV to sperma sou.
